The movie has made us laugh, cry and it made us think over our current education system and society. Fairer the color superior you are. Superior people enjoyed privileges far from approach of the inferior ones but was provided on the cost of inferior ones only.
Today we all know that it is wrong to discriminate people on basis of color we are all equal to each other and enjoy same rights and freedom.
Freedom gained by us helped in socio-economic development of countries and people.
There were jobs and money which improved our living standard with making life easy broadening our approach to world and narrowing our minds.
This economic development do has benefits economically. But do they have benefits socially?
How many economic Mahatmas and Mandela are going to help a poor child lying on road? Leave aside dying and lying are we able to going to eat dinner in a community restaurant with our family?
Do we allow our children to play with children from lower income group?
No. Why we say they are ill mannered. But my findings say not all are ill mannered.
This discrimination has started developing in minds of many. You can see it flourishing in any park, school, hospital, bank, post office. Any where there are people.
Not only we discriminate strangers but also our kinsmen, if there is a large family get together I have seen people boycotting the ones who are not good financially.
I am sure this kind of behavior must have happened with everyone.
There is an alarm ringing before the fire goes on. It is better to improve ourselves before there is a rising against economic discrimination.

secret of andrew carnegie

To succeed In anything in life whether it is your job, exam, family or anything what you require is a strong belief in self and cause.
Why we always say you go miles ahead with a great team?

More people on your side = More Belief in you and your cause.
This means
More belief = More godly help.

So if you want to succeed in life connect with as many people as you can.
Share Your cause, Your Success and Your failure with everyone who loves you or he/she is connected with you any positive form.

What is the benefit?
They will start thinking for your good.
You success.
They should think so much that it enters into their sub conscious mind.

Above mentioned line is very important

Here I am going to explain why it is more important:-

Somewhere I read that God Lives in our heart.

To be precise He lives in your Sub conscious

Whatever you throw in your subconscious is transmitted to earth which is retransmitted to galactic center or Universal center (wherever it is)

That place can be assumed as a processing centre. Sometimes the particular pullover or coat worn by them becomes a mark of their identity for us. And we develop sweet memories with these identities.
After school and playground we are resting in arms of those pullovers and coats until we fall asleep and mom comes and takes us to bed. Most interesting things are their stories, their life experiences which we want to hear again and again.
We don’t mind being friend with someone 40 years older then us.
We hand over all our pocket money to their safe hands which protects them from our competitor siblings.
We prefer our grand parents over our parents.
Whenever we make a new friend we introduce him first to our grandparents

But slowly-slowly as we start growing and learning new things we find that lot of things we did with our grandparents or elders are not logically right.
We think their old pullovers and coats are something very very messy and stinky, Avoid touching it.
Their talks or stories are use less junk heard over and over millions of times why don’t they understand that this is 20th century. Things aren’t quite the same as they were earlier
May be we start having different arguments over things.
We want to do same but from different means.
We find it weird to have people 10 years older to be friend with leave a side being friend with our grand parent.
Tension grows on their question “Dear Son how much money do you have now with you?” What do they have to do with my finances?
It becomes difficult to handle mom and dad. Oh God why we have grand parents?
But we try to hide our friends from our grand parents.
Why we develop sense and logic which kills our eternal pleasure.

And we realize all these mistakes years after we loose them. But there is no U-turn.
So I request you all, please stop using your sense and logic start loving what and how you have.

Remember there is no U-Turn

Stop Having sympathy start finding solution

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 238px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_AXNYPKsgAm4/S1RDhEwEIEI/AAAAAAAAAEM/T_4hz2B6Tvc/s320/470_india.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5428037686378373186" />
Railway minister Mamta Banerjee announced concessional trains for Unemployed youth.
This will I think encourage Unemployment.
And will this benefit will reach its true needy s?
Is it written on face of every individual whether he or she is unemployed or not?
People doesn't matter unemployed or employed will travel from these trains putting unnecessary burden on Rail Budget.
This is the consequences of having sympathy.
Why not mamta ji start some project which may provide employment to youth. Just after that I heard a popular number these days.
And I am going to share my findings here from the ears of a common man

Old Songs (Old Times)
Live recording with orchestra.
Entire responsibility of Popularizing the song was mainly on shoulders of the Singer.
How he/she sung will decide the fate.
If a musician had to experiment he can by adding new instruments and lot of hard work on composition of song.

New Songs (These Days Age of Technology.)
Musician can add and remove instruments from the song at his consent. Singer may or may not enjoy the entire responsibility of Popularizing the song. It depends upon the over all sound effects. Now at anytime Music Director can change the entire sound.
I am not trying to say that these days singers are not competent. Yes they are but the benchmark of good and best should be more strict.

Difference between Average and Best

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 270px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_AXNYPKsgAm4/Svaz785pBxI/AAAAAAAAAD8/Soo-kFvDZTg/s320/portraits-sensitive.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401702645619033874" />
There are always 2 kinds of people in every field. One day his mother told him to fetch water from a nearby well. With a pot in his hands he reached to the well and there he saw a young lady eyes met eyes sparking away the love. After few meetings boy proposed the girl. Like an average woman she doubted her laziness, to prove his mantle she asked him to go on a voyage of salt trade.
In African countries there is a tradition if a young man crosses Sahara on journey of salt trade he is considered as mature enough to marry a girl.
So he left on the journey.
On his journey he had to fight with Rattle snakes, scorpions, thirst, heat and agony.
Many a times he wanted to retreat as he find himself not able and capable of taking this toil.
But will to get the girl kept him going to the destination. Every step in sand made him think that once I get there everything will be fine.
It is only a matter of 10-15 days after that every thing will be fine.
He started hating the sand. He started cursing the present time
But continued.
On reaching back to his village he felt a deep intense satisfaction "I am finally there, I have completed my journey, After all I did it."
He stood there and watched his foot prints which were spreading for hundreds of meters in sand. Again his heart betrayed him, his joy was gone, he thought "I have completed the journey but I think I enjoyed the journey more then the destination"
After all it was the journey that transformed me from a lazy guy to a suitable suite for the girl.
I haven't learned anything from destination. I have learned from Journey.
He went back to his footprints and carefully observed them.
He fall in love with his footprints. His mind spoke How these footprints be the worst time of my life, today I stand tall because of these footprints in sand only.
They will diminish with time.
But their mark on my character and life will live forever. Many time leaders are promoted from fellow workers on the bench mark of present performance. Is this the right criterion? May be I am a good team player but don't posses ability to Lead a team and when I am promoted to team leader I may not be able to make team perform resulting in frustration arising due to failure of expectations, what happens then leaders blame others for their own faults. To make the matter worst the performers of the team will not like to play anymore and may leave the team. Who is losing here? the team.
What I am trying to say is a good performer is not always a good leader.
And leaders must be able to take and accept responsibilities of their wrongdoings.

Lost Happiness

With the time things become obsolete and we need newness in life.
We construct and destruct.
From past 4 months construction is going on in my home. We love our parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, teachers, colleagues and neighbors also.
But we all wait for that someone special in our life.
I used to see that after finding that someone special people go crazy about him or her.
They do things out of extra ordinary for ordinary people.
I used to think that they are wasting their time and resources on all such things like chocolates, flowers and gifts.
But the line I mentioned above "extra ordinary for ordinary."
I realized and felt when I fell in love.
My first opinion was not wrong I have seen lovers being shattered in love, sacrificing their occupation, home and careers for love.

As You say every coin has two sides.
Love had its negative aspect,

For me it came with positive Aspect, transformed my life. My skills were more sharpen. I learned to live, earlier when I went to a trade fair or to a shop, concentrated only on things important to me.
Moved out as soon as I finished my business. One day I went to shopping with my someone special, after finishing my business she wanted to see other goodies also (general female tendency) Due to love and affection you can't force her to leave with a good compromise to heart and mind I followed her to all shops and counters. To make the matter worst My opinions were asked about different products, colors, shades and Patterns (Worst part is I was least interested in all those cuckoo stuff.)
Now comes the best part she was not at all interested in buying any of those goods at that moment.

What shall I do, shout?
Be angry?
No you don't have permission to all this.
Why Because you love her, you have to love her as she is.
After
Coming home I realized it was all good.
My overall experience was more colorful, rich and vivid.
She with her love added more beauty to my life.

secret supporter

Once upon a time there was a pregnant lady whose labors just started.

She was married to an average middle class family and came from an average middle class family. After few hours of terrible pain she gave birth to a boy child. Who was loved and adored by everyone in the family. The boy was an average child but received an extra ordinary affection as compared to his cousins. In a span of 10 to 12 years people started taking him as a heir to little family legacy which was not very large.

His other cousins were not fortunate enough to have that small legacy. This created envy in the minds of the boy’s aunts and uncles.

Then started an era of conspiracies which resulted in depriving the poor chap every thing he was supposed to own. Love, care and social relations.

The person who was born with almost everything lost everything. All this happened at an age of 9 to 20.

Those 11 years snatched from him his right to good education, society. He was boycotted from all good things in life.

He went on doing things he was supposed to do and the things he was not supposed to do. At the time of life when you expect youth to play games and enjoy life. He was doing a self owned business. He was battling his wit with all the veterans of the game. Who did supported him at first but later cheated on him. All these bad things in life didn’t allowed him to do unethical things I believe this was the legacy he had.

At an age of 23 -24 he was defeating the experts of trades in mind games, won heart of great and mighty. Who supported him for whom he was.

There is a quotation,

When you thin k you know all the answers to the questions, life changes your question paper.

This was either his irony or boon. Whenever he succeeded in a single field circumstances didn’t favored him and his opponents were changed.

If you fight an eye to eye it is a fair game but when you fight an eye to ear the play is different, that is the beauty.

He had a competition with people who were miles ahead of him. This competition brought best out of him.

He had a feeling of vengeance burning in an isolated corner of heart which was never discovered by his friends, family or colleagues.

He eyed the apogee everywhere and metalled him.

The worst cases helped him achieve the best. A hatchback prompted him to sedan, sedan for suv and suv for sports car. Finally the day arrived when he had everything he could think of.

Pride possessions of the world, loving and capable family and Social recognitions.

That moment made him think I lived my all life in a spurt.

Like racing a race.

Achieved everything I goaled at,

But today my heart betrays me he is urging me to leave all this and go to journey of unknown, I want to seek him.

My secret supporter, my best buddy of worst times.

Now it is the right time to rendezvous him.

mother nature.

I have to travel a lot.
I mostly travel to small cities and towns whenever I am traveling I get a good view of the nature in natural way in fields and forests.
I saw it in winter, spring and summer but now when I saw it after first few rains I was so deeply absorbed that I forgot who I am.
All hills covered with greenery, rivers smiling with water and aqua life,
Suddenly I was having water in my eyes and my heart was full of emotions.
I was feeling like a very close blood relative of mine has successfully recovered from a deadly disease like cancer or something else.
I can’t describe it in words. He wants to pluck the flower off. No his education, his values doesn’t allow him to do so. He just touched it and smelled the flower.
This act is caught by a teacher, and he is summoned to the principal.
What you will do if you were in principal’s chair?
Yes he has gone against the rules of the school.

Will you be strict?

Will you punish him so bad that no other child will ever dare to think of garden?

Huh?

I think I shall reward him he is a true disciple of school who knows how to balance between desire and discipline at a reasonable rate.

I believe in going out and doing what the heart says.

Evil or Angel

In this Article I am going to write about a problem which 40-60% Guys face in their life.
We have a common tendency of judging a book by its cover not by its contents.

Whenever a boy is being considered for a marriage proposal by a girl and her family or in any other instance like of making friend etc.
People will definitely search for habits and lifestyle of a guy, whether he smokes or not, consumes alcohol or not?
If answer to any of the above question is found yes. Then with immediate effect the image of the fellow is seen as a bad boy with dark heart unfit for a relationship.

And a new search is started for a person who is not having so called bad habits.

But the big question is are we considering the nature of person?
Are we considering the character by habits?
is it necessary that a person free from any kind of bad habits will definitely have a good heart and mind, no wrong intentions of fraudulent and cheating?

This make us think doesn't it?

So what I want to say is never judge a book by its cover.
Many a times cover can be wrong but book is always right.

How to learn?

I respect Women

Few days back in a seminar I saw a girl presenting a presentation which was far more advanced then the situation. I was a little aware of her family background. Which goes like this:-

She came from a little conservative kind of family enviorment.(Advancement of girl child not considered right.)

She is pretty, and I have some idea what are the drawbacks of being pretty for decent girls.(Girls will surely understand the point.)

Lack of approach to facilities.

Now what made me wonder was that inspite of facing all these hindrances she made a wonderfull presentation.
I started imagining the problems and struggle faced by the womenkind in India especially. And their fight and victory over the struggle mesmerized me.
And hence from that point of time onwards I have started respecting women more then anything and anytime in past.

Thank You

Here I wish to express my thankfulness to all.
First of all I am thankful to my parents for providing me their love, affection, warmth, shelter, food, clothing, education and their name. Then next in the list are my all teachers, my friends as teachers, my colleagues as teachers, my seniors as teachers, my juniors as teachers and my competitors as teachers.
I am thankful to all those people who are doing there own work and still helping us out people who are working in FMCG, durables, and auto or other industries’ manufacturing plants right from laborers to senior management for bringing out the wonderful goods for our use.
I am also thankful to all the great scientists and inventors who are continuously working for making our lives better.
This brings me to a point that what would have happened if we didn’t had Thomas Alva Edison or Michael Faraday. Sir Isaac Newton had not observed the gravity.
Big things would have been missing.
We remember those people of old times because of their good deeds.
But why the future generations will remember us?
What is the history we are making?
Most of the nations are spending a considerable amount of money on development of science and technology. But huge amount is also spent on defense budget making the weapons of destruction.
How amusing it is our great grandfathers thought of improving life and we are thinking of destroying life.
If we look back to past few years we find that we have more accidents the innovations history is all in color red. WTC attack, Operation Enduring Freedom, Attack on Iraq, Anthrax Envelopes, London Bomb Blasts, Mumbai Blasts, Jaipur Blasts and recently done Mumbai 26/11.
I have a strong feeling that our Not only thinks but initiates a few steps also but after sometime this thought process is abandoned. Why? because of two factors broadly. Lack of commitment and habit of making issues out of small less important things. Here we will be talking about the later cause.

I have often seen people wasting life over immaterial points especially ladies. For example keeping a track of activities of neighbors, couple quarrelling over T.V. shows and then complaining about poor understanding between each other, many examples are there but the point is always before starting an argument please give a thought to this that what will be the outcome?
Is it worthy enough to fight or create a bitter moment in your relationships?
What is the big benefit?

With and Without Goal: Power of a mere thought.

Till Nov. 2007 I had no idea what goal setting can do for you.
Before this time I was letting life to choose things for me. I had experimented a few times that if I want to achieve something in my life then I can achieve it. Simply by having a desire I can get it fulfilled. One simple thought has power of all the world. One thought can make big changes in the world to get my single desire fulfilled. In Nov. 2007 I kept a goal of a promotion in the next year but that goal was not time bounded.
But I was promoted in 2008 and I kept a time bounded goal I was astonished that it was achieved on time. I read a lot about goal setting and powers of subconscious mind. But I never had faith and belief in all these stuff. But my own past experiences had taught me how to use these powers work for you. Now every desire is fulfilled. By having a simple thought world can be changed.

The People I admire – 4

What persistency and consistency can do for you?

These two qualities can rise you in eyes of management, shorten the height of your hurdles and make your life easy to some extent.

Fateh Singh was a cashier in my team. At the time of his appointment he was worst then dust. Making frequent mistakes was the habit of this man. My colleagues used to curse, scold and punish him in the hardest manner. His mistakes were hard to cover. He committed mistakes in preparing invoices, entering the names of customers, counting the stock etc.. Many a time he was on a verge of getting fired but fortunately he was able to save his job.

I think inside his mind and heart was a fire burning which made him improve on himself. Gradually rate of his mistakes started declining. Every day was a new challenge for his self. He was fighting with him self to improve his concentration, efficiency and his skills.
He started taking initiatives in work. Stepped in front for new assignments and whenever someone makes an initiative help is always available for him well in advance.

He wanted to keep his body and mind busy. Thus he took care of all small things, preceded to next after completion of first. Resultant of this activity was tremendous gain of knowledge. His co-workers who used to mock him started looking towards him for his expert guidance in their assigned tasks. Me and my colleagues who used to except him from important works now accepted and depended on him for the jobs which were at some time far more complicated then his capability to do them.

The most important point I am trying to make here is that he didn’t ran from his mistakes and work, in spite of all odds against him he was always present on his job and was punctual in life.
At last what I have to say is this that he transformed himself from worst to best.

The People I admire – 3

The smiling Face

Here I am writing about a remarkable person.
His name is Bharat Lal Sharma. He is a hardcore professional not by his working habits but by his attire also. In this body of a hardcore professional lies a very emotion driven heart.
The name of this gentleman is Mr. Sandeep Malhotra.

He is a Business Development Manager in a retail chain and luckily I was in his team.
In my first gaze on him I identified that he is going to be some what extraordinary. And time proved me right.

I have seen him working 12-13 Hours a day on feet continuously, 7 days a week without any holiday for a period of 6-7 months.
Me and all my young colleagues looked towards him for courage, enthusiasm and most of the time with astonishment also. We found ourselves unable to work for long durations. But he will always be standing and working, now how you will ask for a holiday from a boss who has not taken a holiday his self from a long time.
He will always come to our retail outlet stand in the middle of the outlet and gather everyone with seeking only one question:-

“Beta dhandha Kitna Hua?”
(How much sale is there?)

He will start his day with only one question “Beta Aaj Kitna Dhandha Karoge?”
(How much are you planning to sale today?)

After some time you will receive a phone call from him and again the question will be “Beta dhandha Kitna hua” (What is the sale by the time?)

This irritated a lot at that time BUT THE BIG BENEFIT WAS THAT THESE QUESTIONS KEPT THE MIND FOCUSSED ON THE PRIME OBJECTIVE OF SALES.
And in this way mind didn’t wandered here and there we were able to yield more out of ourselves.

In true sense he is my mentor and his scolding, and continuous pressure made me a super salesman from sales man

The People I worked with and I really admire

This post and some up coming posts will be tributes to few people whom I worked with for some time. And the qualities in them I aprreciated.

In my past 5 years of sales career I had opportunity to work with many people but few of them were really distinguished gentlemen.

To start with I would like to mention the name of Mr. Pyare Lal Meghwal. By occupation he is a teacher but this man has got courage to salute. He had a dream to be prosperous in life and like a normal human being he was also not satisfied with his mere salary. He has children whom future is waiting financial assistance, wife looking forward to cook meals in kitchen of a self owned house. He owned a business of manufacturing footwear. After sometime he was approached by some people and they discussed a multilevel marketing plan. He was fully convinced with the plan and sold his footwear manufacturing business. He worked on the plan with full discipline, moral, integrity, ethics, dedication and devotion. He simply had a belief that if gain more knowledge I will be more successful. If I help people a lot I will be in turn helped and benefited. Therefore he was already to help people and learn more. He never lost a chance to gain knowledge. He spent a huge amount on literature and audio visual aids for learning. This man has got a very good collection on subjects like Sales, Positive mental attitude, Powers of sub conscious mind, public relations, goal settings and achievements. But he was unable to realize that to be successful you are not supposed to know each and everything about the mankind but you are supposed to practice in real world what you know about mankind. You have to keep a smart goal. The people he was helping were very shrewd they utilized his kindness for themselves. Resulting poor performance in business, failing to achieve those most sought after dreams. But still he was enjoying the company of a few good people who were his well wishers and guided him rights and wrongs of life that kept his wagon on track.
Unfulfilled dreams hurt like sharp arrows and to make the matter worst people start comparing themselves with others often we hear quotes like “he started later then me but he is ahead of me”, “oh! He has such a dashing and dynamic personality he will wash me away in the competition”, “friends he is not smarter then me but he is more successful then me, must be using some unethical practice” all these thoughts mixed together with pain of falling short on self expectations prepares a fertilizer which promises a rapid growth of enthusiasm mind starts running on adrenalin. The influence of this wine doesn’t filters out of blood in hours this takes months and often individuals are provoked to perform something extraordinary. This state of mind if used wisely yield positive results like in cases of Olympic winners practicing day and night, scientists studying timelessly consequently gaining. But if a little mistake is made or sanity is compromised more then what is required.

People are doomed.

Same thing happened in this case. He joined some other not so good multi level marketing company. Same with all his goodness here he worked day and night he kept a SMART goal. The error was too much compromise with sanity. Instead of going through the long ethical route, short unfair route was insisted upon. He took loans from banks to invest in his plan under the names of several other people thinking once I reach the comfort level the payouts will be so huge that all loans will be repaid.
Unfair practices give unfair results. On reaching the comfort level more money was needed to maintain the comfort level and payouts in hand were not so huge then the expectations.
To meet the rising needs of money material rewards were thought to be sold. He won a car and wanted to sell it, the buyer took car for test ride and died in accident. Due to some misunderstanding buyer’s family sued a court case on my friend asking for remuneration of dead person. More money was required now nothing to left to sell. More loans were raised. Resulting a simple teacher was paying away a good portion of his salary in loans for nothing other expenses were a still same rent, ration, phone, electricity and petrol. Big financial crisis, children growing and with their age was growing their financial needs like education, daughter’s wedding fund etc.
What you will do if you are in this situation many go insane; people will poison themselves or their families, cheat and steal from others. Send wife and children to live with other relatives. Seek financial assistance from blood relations or in laws.
But I am proud to right He did nothing like this. As a normal human being he is coping with the circumstances. He accepted the situation as it was and has courage to look into eyes of his money lenders. He cut on his expenses and trying his level best to pay off all the debts. And the lesson he learned was ethical ways have their own advantage

How Money Is Made When Cow eats Grass?

In this article I will share an incidence of a farmer who made money by making his own cow eat the grass he himself grew.

Everyone will be thinking that normally a framer grows grass only to feed his animals then what is so special about it?

Few years back I was very much worried about the happenings of my life I was not getting the desired results from my efforts in different spheres of life like business, studies and family.

So I visited a neighbor of mine who practiced astrology. After examining the birth planet chart, observing the lines in my palm, making some large calculations and consulting some big books of astrology he told the remedy that I should feed cows grass every Wednesday and it will be far better if the color of cow is red or brown. My next question was where I will find such a cow and grass at the same time to feed?

He told me that every morning near the garden of my colony there comes a farmer with bunches of grass which he sells at a rate of Rs.2 for a bunch. And searching a cow is not a big trouble you may find cows roaming here and there in the morning hours.
On the next Wednesday morning I took a 2 Rs. Coin in my hand and went to the garden. Yes there was that farmer I purchased a bunch of grass and paid the money. Now the question was COW the MOTHER. But cows were tied near the walls and fences of the garden. Cows of all ages young or old were there. Cows of all colors black, white, grey and red were there, people came and fed the cow of their choice or as prescribed by their astrologer.
Ok now the task was very easy I just had to travel a few steps to the colony garden, grass and cow both were available.
In early days all these things appeared normal to me but one day this question came to my mind. A grass vendor is here to sell the grass nothing wrong with this, but who brings cows here every morning, to whom does these cows belong?
I asked the grass vendor who was about 15 years old about the owner of cows. Answer was sir I don’t know. I patiently waited there up to 12 noon. A woman with rural looks ageing around 40 arrived and took away the cows she paid no attention to the grass vendor. After a few minutes vendor also left his 90% inventory was turned into cash, which was a normal phenomenon. I followed him after walking 2 kilometers he reached his home and to my astonishment the cows were standing there. Lady who took away the cow was preparing meals. In some proportion of his fields he raised grass to feed his cows.
What normally happens is a farmer rears cows to sell milk and other dairy products, cow dung is used as fuel and farmers grow grass in their own fields to feed the cows no commercial intention here. But this fellow was a little smarter he knew people want to feed cows in order to have some good deeds written in their life accounts. They will be buying grass and searching cows to feed them but if he took his own cows and grass he had a chance to make a little money therefore he took his cows with him every day. And people like me were feeding his cows his grass and he was making additional money.

Compassion on Sale contact Roadside Vendor.

As a student of Sales and Marketing Management we often study the sales cycle, vis.

Prospecting, Approach, Approach talk, Identifying needs, Presenting Solution, Objection handling, follow ups, Close and last The After Sale Service

By largely once in a lifetime we buy compassion from a roadside vendor; who has never ever heard of all these terms. But still he is expert of the sales cycle.

All of these vendors don’t run showrooms or shops; they are far behind from simple kiosks also

He or she might be illiterate or at least capable of counting Currency only.

He or she is not well dressed or well groomed like an M.B.A. sales Executive. They may take a bath in months.

These vendors don’t enjoy good health also and most of these vendors are physically handicap. But their ratio of Shot and Kill is much more precise then a Sniper, and Revenue generation is unimaginable.

They sell compassion in all and every season at a same a rate despite of whatever the market conditions are there. Their efficiency increases with every Sales Call.

Got the point? Who are these Vendors?
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Beggars……The ultimate Compassion selling machines.

Here I am talking about those special Beggars who search their customers and observe the prey closely before attacking. Not the ones who keep their Cassettes Running all the time.

And how do they sell?

Prospecting:
They will closely observe each and everyone in the mob, Height, Weight, Age, Clothes, Attitude, Make and Model of Phone or Vehicle, Body language, Surroundings, Before approaching the prospect they will closely observe you. and will do your Complete C.T. Scan And M.R.I. test with his own eyes. This fellow is so much experienced that by merely looking they can tell how much money someone is carrying in wallet.

Approach and Approach Talk:
If your looks or the prospective information tells about your religion then he will initiate his approach talk with the elements from Your Religion like
To Hindu Fear OF God, Goddess.
To Muslim In the name of Allah or Prophet, Need fund for pilgrimage to local shrine.
If you seem to family man or woman he will try to sell you a sad story of his spouse or children’s sickness.
In short Approach talk changes with the customer.

The next three points of Need Analysis, Presenting Solution and Objection Handling are not at all required because sales talk itself is so strong that he comes quickly to the next step that is Follow Ups. See a person low on literacy can make a better strategy then any other competent and Highly qualified Sales Professional

Follow Ups:
This fellow will stick to you like stamp to envelope until and unless you pay him or in other words purchase his wares of sympathy, compassion or religious Dedication. Hats’ Off to their Zeal for making those rigorous and fearless follow ups. I don’t expect this kind of commitment from an executive of our latest Nokia N or E Series Operating Generation.

Close:
You had enough of him you cursed him but still he is not moving you think it is better to pay him off, reach for your wallet take out a coin of Rs.1 Or 2 try to handover him but to the surprise he refuses to take and ask for more money a 10 Rs. Note is what he is expecting from you. All this hardship deserves this much money. To cut the crap you gave him 2 Two Rs. Coins or 5 Rs . straight forward.

Look he just doubled his yield. Standing Ovation is required for such a performance

Now at the end of the story I will talk about the After Sale Service
You paid the beggar, transaction is over your money is now his property.
